Hello, My Name is Hollie Houston, I am a Sound Therapist, Breathwork Instructor, Movement Specialist and Life Coach. Three years ago, I was Dependent on Alcohol, Drugs, Sex and Self-Harming, to fill the Void and Emptiness I had in my Heart. Through my own Personal Inner Healing Journey, I was able to overcome these Challenges and now I am here to offer my Support to others that are going through similar experiences. It was through the Holistic and Spiritual Journey, I was able to Heal my own Wounds and Traumas. Breathing is our Life Force Energy, that is here to Support and Guide us. Sound is our Inner Vibration, that is here to Ignite and Empower us. Movement is our Body’s Freedom, that is here to Expand and Express us. Together we can Move Stagnant and Trapped Emotions, such as Shame, Guilt, Fear, Anger, Resentment, Jealousy and Judgement. Life Coaching sessions is one on one and we go deeper into the roots of your Emotions, to Heal through our Ancestors, Sexuality and Inner Child.
